The Arwain DGC VPC App is a Welsh Government–supported digital platform created specifically for Veterinary Prescribing Champions (VPCs) working with farming communities across Wales.

The app supports VPCs in delivering best practice by providing access to practical digital tools, professional guidance and collaborative features that can be used during on-farm and practice-based consultations. It has been developed to strengthen clinical confidence, support responsible antimicrobial use, and encourage consistent, evidence-based veterinary decision-making.

Arwain DGC VPC App brings together key programme resources in one secure, easy-to-use application. VPCs can create and manage treatment plans, access clinical guidance, engage with peers, and stay informed about training opportunities and programme updates. Resources within the app are designed to integrate with real-world veterinary workflows and can be accessed on mobile devices or desktop for further processing and sharing with farm clients.
