Pa-Abogado connects you with licensed Philippine lawyers for consultations, chat, document preparation, and online notarization — from your phone, wherever you are.

WHAT YOU CAN DO Consult a lawyer Book a scheduled consultation with a licensed member of the Philippine Bar. Choose a lawyer based on practice area, language, and availability. Sessions are conducted in-app, on your schedule.

Chat with counsel, send your question and receive a response from a lawyer. Useful for follow-ups, quick clarifications, and matters that do not require a full consultation.

Prepare legal documents. Request affidavits, special powers of attorney, demand letters, contracts, and other commonly used documents. Each document is prepared or reviewed by a lawyer before release to you.

Notarize online. Complete remote notarization with a duly commissioned notary public through PaNotaryo, following the requirements of the Rules on Notarial Practice and the 2025 Rules on Electronic Notarization.

FOR OVERSEAS FILIPINOS Pa-Abogado lets you consult a Philippine lawyer, have documents prepared, and have legal matters settled, despite being outside the Philippines.

FOR SMALL BUSINESSES AND STARTUPS Service agreements, employment contracts, board resolutions, demand letters, and compliance questions — handled by counsel, without the cost of a retained firm.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create your account. Undergo KYC (for PaNotaryo)
2. Select a lawyer and a service: consultation, chat, documentation, or notarization.
3. Pay securely in-app. Fees are disclosed before you confirm.
4. Receive your consultation, response, or completed document.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY Your information is processed in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). Communications with lawyers on the platform are treated as confidential and are subject to the rules on privileged communication under the Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability.
