BoardroomSync

BoardroomSync is a local document sharing app for meetings. Share a PDF from one iPad or iPhone (the Presenter) to other approved Apple devices (Viewers) in the same room — all over local Wi-Fi. No internet, no cloud, no accounts.

Built for boardrooms, secure briefings, and any setting where confidential documents must stay inside the room.

KEY FEATURES

• Local-only sharing Documents are sent device-to-device using Apple's local networking. Nothing is uploaded to the internet, no third-party servers are involved, and no account is required.

• Presenter approval Each Viewer must be explicitly approved by the Presenter before receiving any document. Reject unknown devices with a single tap.

• Selective sharing After approval, the Presenter chooses which iPads receive the current PDF and follow page changes. Toggle individual viewers on or off, or share with all approved devices at once.

• Real-time page sync When the Presenter swipes to the next page, all selected Viewers follow automatically. A "Sync Viewers to Current Page" button instantly snaps every selected Viewer back to the Presenter's page if they have scrolled away.

• Viewer freedom Viewers can scroll and zoom locally to read closely without affecting the Presenter or other Viewers. The Presenter's next page change brings everyone back in sync.

• Preloaded Local PDF Mode For very large documents, copy the PDF to each iPad in advance using Files, AirDrop, USB, or iCloud Drive. When the Presenter opens the matching file, each Viewer's app uses its local copy instantly — no transfer wait. Devices without the preloaded copy fall back to standard transfer automatically.

• Built for iPhone and iPad Optimized layouts for both small and large screens. Use any iPad as a boardroom display.

• Privacy by design No login. No cloud. No analytics. No ads. No tracking. The only data that leaves your device is the PDF you choose to share, sent directly to the iPads you have approved, only while the app is open.
