I have a medical need to remember my days because my memory is so poor. This allows me to record my day, assign speakers to the audio track and transcription read back. The app easily allows me to find parts of the day, or a conversation, that I need to find and remember. It splits the audio into chunks based on time (mostly hourly based) which makes it easier to pinpoint a certain situation. You can also export the entry’s day worth of audio and you can copy and paste the transcript to notes or make a journal entry or even add to your favorite AI’s memory to catalog your life and reference it in the future with out racking your head for lost memories. A search feature for the Transcripts would be helpful, but as is, it’s still very useful to me. I can go over each day now and get a better feel for things and your favorite AI can summarize and describe key details.

The trial apparently only includes audio recording. We all know the iPhone can do that. But it doesn’t allow you to download transcription models or actually use any feature you might be considering buying the premium for. Not going to spend money for a brand new app that has promise but won’t let you test anything your phone doesn’t do with an app that came on a new install.
