WHY THIS APP EXISTS

In most pregnancy and fertility apps, men are bystanders. They shouldn't be. Sperm takes about 74 days to mature. What you do today — how you sleep, what you eat, whether you take supplements, whether you avoid alcohol — shows up in your biology three months from now.

The earlier you start, the better shape you'll be in. FutureDad helps you organize your daily habits during this preparation window.

• No alcohol — prove to yourself you don't need it • No tobacco — that smoke with your coffee is a routine, and routines can change • Good sleep — phone outside the bedroom; one small change, big shift • Physical activity — 10 minutes a day beats 2 hours once a week • Balanced diet — half the plate vegetables, the rest is your call • Supplements — reminders so you don't forget (what and how much you take is between you and your doctor)
