Why Orbi?: It started from a simple idea: there should be an alternative to traditional social media. A place where you can message your friends, plan events, and stay connected—without feeds, distractions, or constant notifications.

So it’s not social media—it’s what we call Practical Media.

At the same time, we wanted to build a European/Danish alternative, with a strong focus on privacy and transparency.
