Privacy first: All AI processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded or stored anywhere.

On first launch, RoastMate downloads a one-time AI model (~800MB) to power your roasts locally. You can skip this and use the app immediately with pre-written roasts.

Roasts are meant to be funny, not mean. All content is light-hearted and safe for sharing.
