Reformation Volunteers is the companion app for registered volunteers of Reformation Charity (Charity No. 1199142) - a London-based charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable families through grocery distributions, home renovations, and community drives.

What you can do Once you're set up, the app helps you stay organised and contribute effectively on event day:

• View the events you've signed up for at a glance
• Access and tick off shopping lists for upcoming grocery drives as you shop
• Submit expense claims with a receipt photo and bank details, handled securely
• Follow your delivery route with turn-by-turn navigation handed off to Apple Maps
• Mark families as delivered or rescheduled, with notes
• Coordinate with fellow volunteers in your car — see who's driving, packing, and delivering
• Receive event announcements and last-minute updates from the team

For coordinators Coordinators get additional tools to monitor events in real time — tracking which volunteers have started shopping, which cars are loaded, and which routes are still outstanding. Built for event day, so operations run smoothly.

Privacy

• Location is only accessed while the app is open and only during an active route
• Bank details are encrypted at rest and used solely to process reimbursements
• Receipt photos are stored privately and visible only to the charity's finance team
