PRIVACY Migraine Note has no account system and no servers of its own. Your records live on this device (and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own iCloud private database). Health data is read on-device only and never leaves your phone.

NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE Migraine Note is a journaling and report-organization app. It does not diagnose, predict, or treat any condition. The Pressure Change Alert is a reminder to write a note on changing-weather days, not a headache forecast. A disclaimer is shown on first launch and printed on every exported PDF.

SUBSCRIPTION Migraine Note Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: Monthly $3.99 or Yearly $34.99, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renew in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
