To write your AI Daily Reading, Anthos sends your allergen profile and local conditions to Anthropic's Claude. If you turn on Apple Health features, the health signals you choose (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate) and your symptom-based thresholds are included only with your explicit, separate consent — never used to train AI models, and deleted within 30 days. You can revoke consent anytime in Settings.
