Mindful Chess is a comprehensive chess training platform designed to help you practice tactics, master your opening repertoire, and elevate your board vision. Solving puzzles quickly earns bonus points, but the game always rewards careful calculation over guessing.

The core puzzle mechanic is simple: a wrong move costs you points from your potential score. This trains you to find the right move instead of just trying one.

Mindful Engine is a chess engine written from scratch for this app, so there is no third-party server anywhere in the loop. Put your phone in airplane mode and the whole app keeps working.
