HOW IT WORKS

Choose how long you want to focus — anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours. Confirm the session, and ZenLock immediately shields your phone. You'll see a live countdown and a tally of how many times something tried to pull you away. When the timer ends, everything unlocks automatically.
