pet-a-pet is a place that brings people together over their love for pets. Whether you're a proud pet parent or still working up to it, a common interest like shared love of animals is one of the easiest ways to build a real connection, a real friendship, your companion would surely agree.

Here's how it works Sign up as either: • Pet Owner - create and customize profiles for yourself and your pets. Match with fellow Pet Owners to share experience on raising great companions or arrange play dates for your pets. Or connect with Seekers, people who don't have pets yet but are looking to make friends who happen to. • Seeker - don't have a pet yet? Not an issue! Get to meet local Pet Owners and their lovely companions and make a few new friends (on two or four legs) along the way.

Help pets find homes: • A Shelter Representative? You can register the shelter you work for and create profiles for the pets in your care, giving them more visibility to people ready to adopt. • Found a stray? Add a profile for them with all the necessary care information. Mark them as rescues, and they will appear in the adoption profile feed where people are searching for their next pet.

Meet up in groups: Why make one friend when you can make several in one go? Organize or join local events - grab coffee with a group of Pet Owners and Seekers in your area, swap recommendations for the best pet shops and parks nearby, and build a whole community around your love of animals.

Communication happens through secure in-app chat, where you can view match's and their pets' profiles at any time. Also, feel free to join discussions via events' comment sections.
