EVERY LINE INSIDE A PLACE A board is not one number. Open a theme park and every ride is listed with its own current wait, grouped by land. Open a border crossing and every lane is there — standard, ready and SENTRI, for vehicles and for pedestrians. Waits are colour-coded so you barely have to read: green under 15 minutes, red over 50.

THE LINES THAT RUIN A DAY 57 theme parks. 75 land border crossings, including San Ysidro and Otay Mesa. They have nothing in common except the part that ruins the day — not knowing whether this is twenty minutes or two hours.

AIRPORT LOUNGES 125 lounges across 81 airports: which terminal each one is in, which membership gets you through the door, what entry costs, and a one-tap link to the lounge's own waitlist or booking page. Waits here come from travelers inside the lounge, so you'll see a real number or none at all.

THE POSTED NUMBER AND THE REAL ONE Operators publish a wait. People standing in the line report what they actually waited. Those two are often not the same number, so Tempo shows you both and lets you decide which one to believe.

TELL ME WHEN IT DROPS Pick a place, set a threshold, put your phone away. Tempo notifies you the moment the line falls below it — nothing to keep checking, and no need to leave the app open.

WATCH IT FALL FROM YOUR LOCK SCREEN Start a Live Activity and the wait updates on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island as it moves. There is a Home Screen widget too.

REPORT A WAIT IN THREE SECONDS If you are in the line, say how long it took. A number pad, two taps, done — or "Walked right on" if there was no line at all. You do not need an account, and your report moves the number the next person sees.

TEMPO GREEN — EARNED, NOT BOUGHT Report waits that other people confirm and the free caps come off: unlimited saved places, unlimited alerts, unlimited lookups. No card, nothing to cancel, not a subscription. Qualify in one month and Green runs through the end of the next.

TEMPO PRO $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Pro adds historical heat maps, area dashboards, smart notification rules, and smart alerts that watch for a line being unusually short for the time of day rather than short by a fixed number. Everything above works without it.
