OFFLINE-READY No internet? No problem. ScanQM saves check-ins locally and transmits them automatically once a connection is restored. QR-Zones can be pre-cached for reliable operation in basements, parking garages, or remote locations without mobile coverage.

MULTI-USER DEVICE One device, many staff members. Each person gets their own secure App PIN for fast switching on a shared device. Automatic logout after 30 minutes of inactivity keeps data safe.

MANAGER MODE Supervisors log in with their manager account to access the Check tab for inspection rounds. All check-ins are visible in real time in the web backend.

MULTILINGUAL Full support for German and English - language follows the individual staff member's profile.
