Features & Capabilities

A grid of symbols with gaps. Place mirrors at intersections — each mirror swaps its row and column simultaneously. Make every line complete.

Mirror Grid Swap gives you a grid of symbols and one unusual tool.

The grid contains stars, circles, triangles, and squares. Some cells are already filled. The rest are empty. The rule is simple: every row and column must contain exactly one of each symbol — no repeats, no gaps.

You cannot place symbols directly.

Instead you place mirrors. A mirror sits at the intersection of a row and a column. When placed, it swaps the contents of that row position into the column and that column position into the row simultaneously. One placement changes two lines at once. The symbol that was in the row moves to the column. The symbol that was in the column moves to the row.

This indirection is the puzzle. You are never filling a cell. You are redirecting symbols that already exist, using the geometry of the grid to move them into configurations that satisfy the completion rule. A mirror that fixes one row might disrupt a column that was already correct. A mirror that looks wrong for your immediate problem might be setting up the only valid configuration for the three moves after it.

At low scores the grids are small and the pre-placed symbols generous — the valid mirror placements are few and the solution visible with one or two steps of reasoning. As your score climbs the grids grow, the pre-placed symbols become sparser, and the valid arrangements narrow. At high scores a single puzzle might require five or six mirrors placed in a precise sequence, each one's effect cascading through the grid in ways that must be anticipated several moves ahead.

Mirror Grid Swap is a puzzle game about indirection. About solving a problem not by acting on it directly but by placing tools that act on it sideways, simultaneously, in ways that require reading the grid as a whole rather than cell by cell.

No ads. No timers at first. No random elements. Just the grid, the mirrors, and the arrangement that makes every line complete.
