Record club purchases, share your coaster with guests and submit photo or PDF receipts. Receipt features depend on your club's setup.

Club Coaster helps members record purchases at their club or bar, share their coaster with guests and submit receipts. Your club provides the catalogue and member accounts.

Record purchases

• Browse your club's articles and adjust quantities in the cart.
• Add custom amounts and comments where your club allows them.
• Use configured Club Coaster NFC article tags on a compatible phone to open the linked article. NFC tags are not a contactless payment method.

Share your coaster

• Invite a guest with a QR code or a link so they can record purchases on your coaster.
• Guests join with a display name and can view their own entries.
• Manage active sharing sessions, stop access and respond to guest deletion requests.

Submit and review receipts

• Attach photos or PDF files, including multiple attachments per receipt.
• Fill in your club's receipt form. Where available, text-recognition suggestions help with entry; you review the values before submitting.
• Search and filter your receipts, check their status and find the receipt ID in the details.
• Preview attachments and review receipts in the approval queue if you have the required permissions.

Keep track of your account

• View purchase dates, items, totals, discounts and transaction status.
• See your current month's purchase summary and request corrections through the deletion-request workflow.
• View your member and club details and open available club web functions from your profile.
• Manage optional push notifications where available.
• Club administrators can view members and share payment links.

Sign in with your email address and a one-time code, then choose your club if you belong to more than one. No password is needed. You can also request a demo club by email.

Receipt features require your club to enable its receipt module. Approval and administrative functions depend on your role. Notifications require service availability and your device permission.
