Link your desired stats with a difficulty level to create quests, and clear them to earn XP and Coins.

If you want stricter growth, turn on Hard (7 days) / Hell (3 days) Mode. Neglecting your stats for the designated period will trigger a ruthless 'Muscle Loss' penalty, dropping your level and XP! Don't let your guard down!
