Drag in files, zips or whole folders and Legacy Music Player handles the rest - automatic metadata extraction, composer and game indexing, and instant search across every track in your library. We keep the data updated so you get the most accurate game, composer and song information out there.

Discover new music every week. The Discover tab surfaces fresh picks and ships with new episodes of the Legacy Music Hour podcast - a long-running show celebrating the music of classic gaming. Episodes can stream directly or auto-download into your library so you can listen offline. Turn on "Oshaberi Mode" to have the hosts of The Legacy Music Hour keep you company while you listen.

Built as a modern solution to listening to VGM files. Legacy Music Player plays the original sound chip data at full fidelity - Game Boy, NES, Genesis, SNES, Neo Geo, PC Engine, arcade boards, and more. Loop tracks, browse by composer or system, and export your favorites to MP3 or WAV. Export WAV stems to make your own mixes.
