Free for anyone. Say what you ate, how you feel, how you trained. The agent keeps your Board current, builds meal weeks and sessions with you, and keeps count.

Welling is an agent for the whole of you. It takes in what you give it: your wearables, your labs, how your days feel, what you eat, how you train. Then it keeps one calm picture of it, current. The app is free for anyone.

THE BOARD Your day at a glance: the felt word, weight, sleep, steps, protein. Tap any tile to open it. The fortnight, together lines your days up side by side.

THE AGENT One conversation with your record. Say it at the bottom of BOARD, AGENT, FUEL and MOVE reaches the agent from any of them, in plain words. It logs food, weight and water, charts your own numbers, sets a plain reminder, swaps a meal in your week, and updates the facts it holds about you. Ask it a clinical question and it declines and points you to your Clinician; it never answers one.

FUEL Say what you ate or snap a photo of the plate or the label. Protein and macros keep count on their own. Ask for a meal week built to your rules, price it at your Kroger store, and send the groceries to your cart. Photograph your fridge and ask what you can make tonight.

MOVE Answer once; the builder screens every movement to your body and composes a week you assemble yourself. Each day opens as a session with set logging and rest timing. Equipment taken, or short on time? Swap the movement or cut the session right there. When your felt word has been low, the app offers a shorter session. It never adds work.

YOUR RECORD Bring your labs: a PDF or a photo of any lab report goes into your record, marker by marker, with the lab's own ranges and flags. Trends put each marker across your draws, alongside your logged weight and synced sleep. Nothing is interpreted for you. A Clinician owns meaning.

CONNECTIONS, ALL OPTIONAL Apple Health for weight, steps, sleep, heart rate and workouts. Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit and hundreds more, through the device maker's own sign-in. Kroger for groceries. Siri shortcuts to log a meal or a food photo hands-free. Meal reminders and an evening check-in you schedule yourself.

YOUR APP, YOUR WAY Describe the look you want and the Board rebuilds around your words. Sign in with Apple, Google or email. Use Welling's AI or connect your own through OpenRouter. Delete your account from Settings at any time.

THE CLINICAL DOOR Welling PLLC is a telehealth practice with licensed Clinicians. Membership opens the clinical side: a Clinician who reviews your results, results cards that say when a draw arrived and when it was reviewed, and a door in the app to ask for a visit. The app itself stays free; when your own answers call for clinical inputs, it says so.

The AI agent and the wellness features are not medical advice. The agent handles logistics: it logs, charts, reminds, prices and files. It does not diagnose, dose, or change a prescription, and it books nothing on its own. Clinical judgment stays with your Clinician.
