CHOOSE THE STRENGTH OF EACH LIMIT Set one of three block modes for every rule:

• Lockout: completely prevents unblocking while the rule is active • Timeout: adds a wait before unblocking and progressively strengthens the limit • Normal: keeps the rule flexible when you need to unblock

THREE WAYS TO LIMIT SCREEN TIME • Schedule: block on selected days and times • Daily usage: block after reaching your daily time limit • Always on: keep a block active and set daily unlock counts and duration

FOCUS TIMER Start a countdown or count-up session when it is time to focus. Choose which apps, categories, and websites are restricted during the session, and use break sessions to maintain your pace.
