The goal is not to judge anyone's intent. It is to give you a calmer way to pause, understand the moment, and decide what to do next.

What you can do:

• See concise tone cues such as calm, tense, direct, or uncertain
• Get neutral suggestions, such as asking a clarifying question or taking a pause
• Review local history on your device
• Delete recordings and local history from privacy controls
• Use readable, low-stimulation screens designed for quick scanning

Privacy and control:

• No always-on listening
• Recording starts only when you choose
• Audio and transcripts may be processed by Apple Speech Recognition and secure backend services to provide app functionality
• Backend processing is designed to be ephemeral
• Your in-app history is saved on your device until you delete it
• Device identifiers are used for app functionality such as account/session and quota handling, not advertising tracking
