Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renew or cancel anytime in your iPhone settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > ToneLab > Cancel Subscription. The 7-day free trial only applies to the annual subscription.
