Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled anytime in your Apple ID settings. New Pro subscribers get a 7-day free trial; Pro then auto-renews at the displayed monthly price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase; prices vary by region.
