LMN Services is designed for physicians and nephrologists to support timely kidney care consultation, referral management, and patient case review.

The app helps physicians create detailed patient files and submit them for nephrology opinion, while nephrologists can review clinical information, respond to consultation requests, and provide structured prescriptions or treatment advice.

Key features include:

Patient File Management Physicians can create and manage patient records with demographics such as name, age, gender, phone number, height, and weight. Patient files can be saved as drafts, submitted for consultation, edited when needed, and tracked through statuses such as Draft, Submitted, New Consult, Assigned, Prescribed, and Closed.

Medical History and Symptoms The app allows physicians to record important medical history including diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, stroke history, thyroid disorder, prior surgery, major illness, and current medication. Clinical symptoms such as edema, oliguria, anuria, shortness of breath, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, confusion, altered sensorium, and other relevant symptoms can also be documented.

Vitals, Lab and Radiology Data Patient vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, oxygen saturation, and urine output can be recorded. The app also supports nephrology-related laboratory data including BUN, serum urea, creatinine, sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, uric acid, hemoglobin, HbA1c, urine protein, RBC, WBC, and albumin-creatinine ratio. Radiology details such as ultrasound/KUB, kidney size, echogenicity, Doppler findings, bladder findings, echocardiography, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and other reports can be added.

Treatment Chart and Attachments Physicians can upload treatment charts, medication files, investigation reports, patient photos, patient videos, physician videos, and other clinical attachments to give nephrologists better context during review.

Clinical Query, Consent and Payment Physicians can submit specific clinical concerns, select urgency level, upload tele-nephrology consultation consent forms, and complete payment where applicable before submitting a case.

Nephrologist Review and Prescription Nephrologists can review patient details, approve or reject requests, view attached reports and media, and create structured prescriptions. Prescription sections may include diagnosis, advised investigations, treatment advice, dialysis orders, nursing advice, dietary advice, medicines, fluid advice, blood pressure and diabetes management, follow-up date, and other instructions.

Dashboard and Notifications Both physicians and nephrologists can manage cases from a dashboard with filters for active, assigned, prescribed, closed, and pending cases. Push notifications keep doctors informed about consultation updates, assigned cases, approvals, and prescription activity.
