Zabbu Kiosk is a tablet-based front-desk app for managing people and deliveries entering and leaving a workplace.

Designed for reception areas, security desks, offices and managed facilities, Zabbu Visitor Kiosk guides visitors, employees, and delivery personnel through simple self-service flows while keeping site teams informed and records organized.

Key features include:

Visitor check-in Support walk-in visitors, returning visitors, and pre-registered arrivals. Visitors can check in using a QR code, invitation code, previous registration lookup, manual entry, or configured ID scan flow.

Visitor check-out Visitors can be looked up and checked out quickly, helping teams maintain a clearer view of who is currently on site.

Employee attendance Employees can search for their staff profile and complete check-in or check-out from the kiosk, allowing attendance and on-site presence to be recorded.

Delivery registration Delivery personnel can register incoming packages, select delivery types, add delivery details, and route deliveries to the right recipient or host.

Configurable kiosk experience The app supports configurable check-in options, check-out options, form fields, labels, branding, colors, welcome messages, and site-specific settings. Each kiosk can be tailored to the needs of its location.

Host and recipient lookup Visitors and delivery personnel can search for the right host or recipient, helping route visits and packages accurately.

Offline-aware workflows When supported by the site configuration, visitor registrations and deliveries can be queued locally and synced automatically once connectivity is restored.

Secure kiosk mode experience Zabbu Kiosk runs in a landscape, tablet-focused interface designed for shared front-desk use, with a clean guided flow and reduced friction for repeat use.

Emergency display support The kiosk can display emergency messaging when triggered by the connected system, helping communicate urgent instructions at the point of entry.

Zabbu Kiosk works as part of the wider Zabbu access and visitor management platform. A configured Zabbu account, paired kiosk device, and network connection are required for normal operation.
