JeJam Rental Marketplace is a secure and user-verified mobile application developed by J-2-8 Company based in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines. The platform enables individuals to rent and list items through a structured and trusted system designed to promote safe, transparent, and efficient peer-to-peer rentals.

Users are categorized as either Owners who list items for rent or Renters who browse and rent available items. All users undergo a strict registration and verification process that includes mobile OTP verification, submission of valid government-issued IDs, and selfie authentication to ensure authenticity and platform security.

JeJam features an integrated App Wallet system that handles rental payments, deposits, top-ups, and withdrawals. Renters are required to maintain sufficient wallet balance to cover both rental fees and refundable deposits. Owners receive earnings after successful rental completion and administrative approval, with a 10% platform commission applied to each transaction.

The platform supports full rental lifecycle management—from item browsing, booking, and in-app communication to item return and transaction settlement. All rentals are monitored and verified by platform administrators to ensure fairness, safety, and dispute resolution when necessary.

JeJam prioritizes user safety and data protection by collecting only necessary personal and transactional information such as identity details, contact information, usage data, and rental history. All data is securely stored, encrypted, and used strictly for verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and platform improvement, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Users have rights to access, update, and request deletion of their data, as well as file complaints with the National Privacy Commission if necessary. The platform does not sell personal data to third parties.

JeJam enforces strict policies against fraud, misuse, illegal listings, and abuse of the system. Violations may result in account suspension or termination. All disputes are handled through an internal admin review system, and decisions made by the platform administration are final.

By using JeJam, users agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which may be updated periodically to improve service, security, and compliance.
