Studio B Fitness was created by two sisters with over 25 years of combined experience in personal training, in person group classes, and online coaching. Our signature style blends rebounding on a mini trampoline, barre, and pilates into fun and effective instructor led workouts designed for all levels. From beginner friendly sessions to more challenging classes, you can move at your own pace and choose what your body needs each day.
