Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the free trial (yearly) or at confirmation of purchase (monthly). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
