BestMart Rider

BestMart Rider is the official delivery partner app for riders working with BestMart, operated by Guru Nanak Traders. It is intended only for onboarded BestMart delivery partners and requires a rider account issued by BestMart staff. New users cannot self-register from the app.

MANAGE YOUR SHIFT Tap one toggle to go online or offline. While online, BestMart can assign you orders and customers can see your live location for tracking. While offline, no new orders are dispatched to you and location streaming pauses automatically to save battery. See today's deliveries, lifetime deliveries, and your average customer rating right on the home screen.

RECEIVE AND ACCEPT ASSIGNMENTS Get an instant in-app alert with sound and vibration the moment a new order is assigned to you. Each assignment shows the customer name, drop-off address, payment method, total amount, and full item list — so you know exactly what you're picking up before you commit. Slide to accept within the assignment window. If you don't accept in time, the order is automatically reassigned to another nearby rider.

NAVIGATE AND COMPLETE THE DELIVERY Open the drop-off location in Google Maps with a single tap to get turn-by-turn directions. Call the customer directly from the order screen if you need to coordinate the handoff. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, collect cash from the customer or generate a secure UPI QR code so the customer can pay BestMart directly through their banking or UPI app — payment status updates in real time.

When you reach the customer, slide to deliver and enter the 4-digit confirmation OTP that the customer sees on their order page. This confirms the right person received the package and marks the order complete. Your today and lifetime delivery counters update immediately.

Push notifications work even when the app is in the background, so you never miss a new assignment. Large buttons and clear status indicators make the app safe to use one-handed. Lightweight and battery-aware: high-accuracy location only runs while you are Online. Real-time order updates over a secure connection — no manual refresh needed. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS

Location: Used only while you are Online so the dispatcher can assign nearby orders and so customers can see your live ETA during an active delivery. Streaming stops when you go Offline or sign out. Notifications: Used to alert you about new assignments, order changes, and payment confirmations. Phone: Used only when you tap the "Call" button on an order to reach the customer. We don't sell or share rider data with third parties for advertising. Account data is used only to operate the BestMart delivery service.

REQUIREMENTS

An active BestMart rider account (issued by BestMart staff). An Indian mobile number for OTP login. Location services and internet enabled.
