Iron Swarm

Iron Swarm is a top-down 2D tank arcade game for players who want sharp combat without loot boxes, virtual currency, energy timers, or pay-to-win mechanics.

CORE LOOP Drive a tank through wave after wave of enemy armor. Every third wave brings a multi-phase boss encounter — Phase 1 fires single shots, Phase 2 adds charge attacks and 8-bullet ring bursts, Phase 3 escalates to 12-bullet rings and a 5-shot spread. Enemy speed scales with each cycle. There is no final wave — only how far you can go.

EIGHT HISTORICAL MISSIONS (v1.0) Mission Mode is a curated set of 8 historical tank operations, each with bespoke rules, terrain, and a 2.5D sprite-stack visual treatment:

Each mission ships with a unique BGM, custom HUD overlay, and a 3-star rating per round.

DAILY CHALLENGE A new seeded run every 24 hours. Same starting conditions for every player on Earth. One attempt. One score. Local leaderboard tracks your best.

CONTROLS Mobile: virtual twin-stick (left = move, right = aim and fire). Dedicated buttons for Homing Missile and Drone Strike. Desktop: WASD to move, Spacebar to fire, M for missile, D for drone — keyboard-native feel.

POWER-UPS (earned in-game, never purchased)

• Health Pack — restores 50 HP instantly
• Speed Boost — 1.5x movement speed for 8 seconds
• Shield — absorbs all incoming damage for 10 seconds
• Rapid Fire — doubles fire rate for 8 seconds
• EMP Blast, Drone Strike, Burst Fire, Freeze Gun, Shield Bubble — situational tools that change how a round plays

BOSS REWARDS Defeat a boss to crack open a Field Module chest. Power-ups now carry rarity tiers — and enemies can drop them mid-fight, so every wave is a gamble worth pushing.

2.5D VISUAL TREATMENT Every mission and prop is rendered with a sprite-stack technique that gives 2D sprite art a volumetric feel — tanks have depth, walls cast slabs, props read as objects in space. Built on Flame engine with a 60fps target on every supported device.
