The companion app for couriers contracted with iq-delivery. Receive delivery offers, navigate to pickup and drop-off, collect cash where needed, and track every cent that goes through your shift — all in one place.

This app is intended for drivers who have been onboarded with iq-delivery. It is not a customer-facing ordering app. If you are interested in becoming a driver, contact iqtaxico@gmail.com.

KEY FEATURES

• Real-time offers Orders appear as a sliding sheet with a 20-second accept window. A big easy-to-read order number lets you tell the restaurant exactly which order you are picking up.

• Map and navigation Pickup and drop-off pinned on the map with the optimal route. Tap the follow-me button to keep the map locked on your position while driving.

• Cash on delivery + prepaid The app tells you exactly what to pay the restaurant and what to collect from the customer. Prepaid orders are flagged so you know there is no cash to handle.

• Shift cashbook Start every shift by entering your pocket float. The app tracks every restaurant payout and customer collection. End-of-shift the office accepts your handover and you walk out with a clean slate.

• Two driver types Independent drivers earn the delivery fee minus a small platform fee, paid into a wallet that the office settles weekly. Employees are salaried — the app shows what cash to hand in at shift end and hides the wallet entirely.

• Documents Upload your ID, license, insurance, and vehicle photos right from the app. Approval status visible at a glance.

• Multi-language Greek (default), English, and French. Currency formatting follows the country setting (EUR, USD, TND with milliemes).

• Offline-first banner Lose connection? The app keeps showing your active order and queues every status change for when the network comes back.

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS

• Location (background): only while you are toggled "online" in the app. A persistent indicator makes it obvious when GPS is in use. Turn yourself offline and GPS access stops immediately. • Camera: only when you take a proof-of-delivery photo, snap a receipt for a cash deposit, or update your avatar. • Notifications: order offers, status updates, ops messages. • No advertising trackers. We never sell your data.
