Structured Learning Path Follow our default 11-lesson curriculum. Through simple, everyday activities guided by short animated videos, audio recordings (2, 4, or 7 minutes), and text-based exercises, learning mindfulness becomes easy and relevant. Interactive Classrooms Teachers can easily integrate mindfulness into daily learning by creating virtual classrooms. Educators can hand-pick specific materials and share a simple code with their students to practice together as a group.
