TrackIQ is a field operations app for enterprise teams. It automatically records your location during work hours and gives you full visibility into your own daily activity.

KEY FEATURES

• My Route Map — View your entire day's route on an interactive map. See all your recorded visit points as pins, trace your path with a route line, and watch your live location update in real time. Tap any pin to see the exact time, coordinates, and accuracy of that visit.

• Live Location Tracking — Your current position is always visible on the map, powered by background location updates, so you always know where you are relative to your recorded visits.

• Visit History — Browse all recorded location points in a list. Filter by synced or pending uploads. Each entry shows coordinates, timestamp, and accuracy.

• Automatic Background Recording — Location is recorded during work hours (6 AM – Midnight) using adaptive tracking: more frequent when moving, less frequent when stationary. Works seamlessly in the background.

• Offline Support — Location points are stored locally when offline and automatically synced when connectivity is restored.

• Seamless Sign-in — Log in with your company credentials or via RetailIQ-MarketConnect SSO.

FOR FIELD TEAMS TrackIQ gives field workers direct visibility into their own recorded activity. Use the My Route map to verify your visits were logged correctly, review your daily route, and confirm your current location is being tracked.

PRIVACY Location is tracked only between 6 AM and Midnight. All data is encrypted in transit. Users can view all recorded data at any time in the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
