Silho turns your daily progress photos into a smooth, body-aligned time-lapse — so the only thing moving on screen is your body changing.

WHY THIS APP IS DIFFERENT Most progress videos jitter because every photo is framed slightly differently — even a few centimeters off ruins the comparison. Silho solves this in two stages:

1. AT CAPTURE — A translucent "ghost" of your last photo overlays the camera preview, with a silhouette guide and a real-time tilt indicator. You line up in seconds.

2. AT EXPORT — Silho uses on-device body-pose detection (Apple Vision) to find your shoulders and hips in every photo, then automatically scales and re-centers each frame so your torso stays in exactly the same place across the entire video. If pose detection fails, it falls back to person segmentation. The result is a stable time-lapse where the background may shift slightly — but you don't.

CRITICALLY: Silho NEVER warps your body. Alignment is rigid only (translation + scale). Your real shape is preserved. The change you see is the change that actually happened.
