The app is designed for individual use. It does not include team collaboration, messaging, shared workspaces, cloud sync, external databases, or account-based login.

Free users can create limited records across core workflows. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited record creation.

Doctor Flow does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical decision support, or medical decision-making. It is an organizational productivity tool only.
