HOW IT WORKS

IDLE uses your phone's motion sensors to verify what your body is doing. Stillness is detected automatically. You can also log sessions manually with a live timer, or confirm pending sessions detected by the app.

Twelve activity types. Points scaled to commitment.

Standing still is the least we'll accept. Deep sleep is the gold standard.

From Restless Beginner to Supreme Overlord of Inactivity. Most users plateau at Seasoned Sitter. Few earn the title of Supreme Overlord. Those who do will be remembered.
