Colour Within

There's a new artwork every day, and every one is free. The app doesn't keep score or hurry you along. Open it when you have a few minutes to yourself.

Colour Within is color by numbers for iPad that actually lets you paint.

Pick a color, find the matching shapes and paint them in yourself with a digital paintbrush or pencil. Every color on the page already belongs there, so the only choice is where to begin. The numbers give you structure, but the coloring is yours. Use Apple Pencil or your finger, take your time, and leave a page whenever you like. Come back to it later that day or next week.

There are no scores, streaks, timers, reminders or notifications. Colour Within is the quiet thing on your iPad, not the loud one.

Colour Within is free with ads, and that includes every artwork and every tool. The optional subscription removes the ads. Everything else stays the same.

Made for iPad, in both portrait and landscape. Apple Pencil is recommended but not required. Once you've downloaded an artwork, it stays available offline along with your progress. You'll need an internet connection to download a new one.
