EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE. In addition to server synchronization, the app saves your data to Apple Health. This feature can be disabled in the settings.

PROGRESS. Compare your results over time with the Statistics page. It clearly shows your weekly results across all indicators, so you can easily see your progress.

SHARED TRACKING. Share meals, recipes, and meal plans with your friends and family so they can also track what they eat at the same table.

HABITS. This section helps you build healthy habits. It includes habits with automatic tracking, such as reaching your water goal, as well as manual check-ins that let you control habit completion yourself.

RECIPES. Add your favorite recipes and use them again and again. The recipe configurator lets you add another recipe as an ingredient, which can serve as its base, such as a sauce or dough. Cooking mode lets you recalculate ingredients on the go without thinking about percentages!

MEAL PLANS. Save your favorite meals as a meal plan, and the next time you add it, all products will be added to it automatically.

FRIENDS. Connect with your friends and track their activity. Motivate each other to achieve outstanding results in healthy eating.
