• Sign-up and sign-in are now more reliable on slow connections.
• Creating an account no longer gets stuck waiting for a slow first cloud sync before opening the Home screen.
• The first-run Home dashboard has been refined: Strava Archive and ITRA Import are now directly tappable import options.
• ITRA import now finishes with an “All set” summary after results are added.
• The ITRA completion state now includes quick links back to Home and the user’s Wall.
• Added a “Make My Wall Public” banner on the Wall screen for users who have not published their public Wall yet.
• The Wall back button now consistently returns users to Home.
• Small reliability, navigation, and design improvements.

• First-run import options: launch the app with an empty race collection > Home / Latest Races.
• ITRA race import: Races / Home > Add Finish > Import from ITRA.
• ITRA completion summary: after linking or refreshing an ITRA profile with available results, review the “All set” panel.
• ITRA integration entry: Profile > Settings > Integrations > Import from ITRA.
• ITRA linked profile refresh: after linking an ITRA profile, open Import from ITRA again and tap Refresh.
• Strava sign-in/onboarding: launch the app while signed out > Start with Strava.

Notes for review:

• ITRA and Strava imports are optional.
• ITRA import asks the user for their ITRA ID. A profile URL also works, but the app presents the flow as ID-based.
• ITRA linking requires the ITRA profile name to reasonably match the Finisher Wall profile name.
• The app fetches ITRA race-result HTML on the user’s device after the user enters an ITRA ID, then sends it to our backend only for parsing and account linking.
• After a successful ITRA link or refresh, available ITRA results are added automatically.
• If an ITRA result likely matches an existing completed running race on the same date, the app skips it to avoid duplicates.
• ITRA profile linking is permanent for normal users to prevent accidental or duplicate profile claims.
• Each ITRA profile can only be linked to one Finisher Wall account.
• Strava activity import requires the user to grant Strava activity read access during Strava authorization.
• Finisher Wall only saves a Strava race when the user explicitly selects an imported Strava activity and confirms the save flow.
• Imported Strava activities can be edited before saving.
• The public Finisher Wall is opt-in, off by default, and can be made private at any time.
• Apple Wallet is only available for completed race results. Upcoming races and non-finish results such as DNF, DNS, and DSQ do not show the Wallet action.
• The QR code on a Wallet pass opens the user’s public Finisher Wall when the Wall is public. If the Wall is private or unavailable, the link falls back to the Finisher Wall website.
• Crash reporting is used only to diagnose app stability issues.
• No paid content, subscriptions, ads, or external purchases.
