ResidentAgent®

This app is for Real Estate Salespersons (RES) who are registered with The Council For Estate Agent (CEA), to sign up as ResidentAgent® in your respective home estates. One ResidentAgent® per estate applies, in Singapore’s 5,000 estates.

This app helps 5,000 ResidentAgent® to get listings in your respective estates through the following features:

1. Branding you as the one-and-only ResidentAgent® in your estate.
2. Preparing you through “My Learning” to share with you case studies and examples according to the six modules conducted in a one-day face-to-face ResidentAgent® Program.
3. Assessing you through “My Assessment”. To continue to be a ResidentAgent® in your estate in the subsequent 12-month period, you must achieve a minimum annual GPA of 3.75 points out of 5.00 points.
4. Guiding you through “My Ping” to stay focused in your estate.
5. Propelling you through “My List” to encourage you further to get listings in your estate.

In the nutshell, we are hand holding you to be famous in your estate as a ResidentAgent®. Ultimately, we are striving to make all house hunters (buyers/tenants/landlords/owners/agents) in Singapore, to call you for the listings in your own home estate.
