ScanFlow PDF Scanner is a PDF workstation for scanning, converting, editing, protecting, and understanding documents in one structured workflow. It is designed for users who need more than a single-purpose scanner, allowing files to move from capture to OCR, conversion, page editing, privacy handling, AI processing, and export without switching between disconnected tools.

The app is organized into dedicated workspaces for Scan, Convert, Library, AI, and Private. Scanning is only one entry point: documents can be recognized, converted, annotated, signed, reorganized, protected, summarized, and exported through a more complete document workflow.

In the Scan workspace, the app supports camera capture, photo import, document scanning, and OCR-based text recognition. Its imaging flow helps improve real-world captures through document boundary detection, perspective correction, orientation adjustment, shadow reduction, contrast refinement, grayscale or black-and-white enhancement, and OCR-focused readability processing.

The Convert workspace works as a practical hub for mixed document sources. It supports image to PDF, PDF to image, Word to PDF, Excel to PDF, PPT to PDF, web page to PDF, PDF merge, PDF split, page reordering, compression, and OCR text extraction. Preview and page-level controls help users check results before export.

The PDF editing environment supports document viewing, page previews, highlights, underline, strikeout, squiggly markup, notes, text overlays, signatures, page rotation, blank page insertion, page deletion, and saving refined copies with clearer control over document state.

The Private workspace is designed for confidentiality-oriented tasks. It supports sensitive-field detection, redaction workflows, password protection, privacy watermark generation, and local signature handling. For supported content, the app can analyze recognized text patterns such as email addresses, phone numbers, bank-card style strings, identity-like sequences, and other privacy-relevant fields to help users create safer document outputs.

For content-heavy files, the app also provides AI document actions such as summarization, abstract generation, key-point extraction, rewriting, shortening, expansion, polishing, explanation, translation, tone adjustment, meeting-minutes generation, and follow-up chat based on the active file.

Some features may require an in-app purchase or an active subscription. Subscription plans, if offered, will be displayed clearly inside the app before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
