MEASURED, NOT GUESSED Once you leave the ground you are a projectile, and your body has to follow a curve set by gravity. PlyoMetricAI tracks that curve through your whole jump and reads your height off it. Because gravity is a known constant, it calibrates itself — there is nothing to set up, no reference object to put in frame, and no need to type in your height.

It also knows when it is unsure. If a clip is filmed too dark, too far away, at the wrong angle, or simply too slowly for the jump, the app tells you exactly what to change instead of inventing a number.
