Dose Doubler is a calm, satisfying merge puzzle that's built around one twist nobody else has: you steer every chain.

Tap an empty tile to drop your current pill. If it lands next to a matching pill, they auto-merge into the next tier. From there, you take over: pills glow, you swipe between them, and the one you swipe TOWARD is where the chain combines next. You're not at the mercy of a board tilt — every step is a decision.

Climb the tier ladder ten levels deep, from a humble Tablet to the legendary Panacea. Set up satisfying chains, multiplied at ×1.2, ×1.5, and ×2. Watch out for contaminated tiles and biohazard pills — they'll wreck a careless run, but a well-placed sandwich merge clears them with a 1.5× score bonus.
