EMS Response Tracker helps emergency personnel document every callout with per-action-item timers and GPS tracking, so you always have an accurate record of where you were, what you were doing, and how long it took.

Built for paramedics, first responders, volunteer rescue teams, and medical personnel who need reliable, offline-first incident tracking in the field.

KEY FEATURES
• Per-action-item timers — Tap to switch between stages of a callout (e.g. "En route", "On scene", "Transporting", "At hospital"). Each action
item is timed automatically, and switching closes the previous timer and opens the next one.
• GPS track recording — Optional location logging throughout a callout, with a live map view of your route. All map tiles use OpenStreetMap — no
account or API key required.
• Customizable action items — Set up your own templates for the action stages you use most. Reorder, add, rename, or remove them to match your
service's workflow.
• Callout history — Every completed callout is saved locally with timestamps, action-item durations, and GPS track. Browse past callouts, review
records, and delete when no longer needed.
• Resume in-progress callouts — If the app closes mid-callout, you'll be offered the chance to pick up where you left off when you reopen it.
• Offline-first — All callout data is stored on your device. No cloud sync, no account required, no internet needed to record or review.
• Share & export — Export callout data to share with your team or keep for your records.
• Privacy-respecting — Your callout data stays on your device. The app only requests the permissions it actually needs (location access, used
solely to record your GPS track during an active callout).
