BUILT FROM REAL EXPERIENCE EVoly was developed through the “ESC Ecosystems” project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, with EUR 400,000 in European funding. It was built by a consortium of five NGOs — NaturKultur e.V. (Germany), Volunteers Centre Skopje (North Macedonia), Ocean Znanja (Croatia), Youth Policy Labs (Germany), and Ofensiva Tinerilor (Romania) — organizations that work with volunteers every day.

The result is a platform shaped by real challenges, tested in real contexts, and designed to reduce the administrative burden that gets in the way of meaningful youth work.

WHAT’S NEXT EVoly is a living platform. Planned features include a marketplace connecting NGOs across Europe, smarter notification tools, an evolving AI assistant, and deeper integration with social outreach channels.
