Enhanced Health is a private iPhone workspace for people who take their own tracking seriously. Log protocols, doses, vials, and lab markers in one place — then overlay them on Apple Health trends to see what's actually moving the numbers.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Protocol scheduling — browse a bundled library of research protocol templates, pick one, and the app generates the next 14 days of scheduled events automatically. • Dose logging — tap a scheduled event to confirm it, or quick-log an ad-hoc dose. The reconstitution math for vials is done for you; Enhanced Health knows your concentration and shows the draw volume in mL and U-100 syringe units. • Vial inventory — track dry weight, BAC water, lot numbers, expiration, CoA purity, and remaining volume per vial. Low-volume warnings surface automatically as you log doses. • Reconstitution calculator — drop in a vendor preset or your own mix and see the exact concentration and draw math, with half-life curves for the compounds that publish them. • Lab markers — capture lab values manually, or import PDFs and let on-device OCR pre-fill the rows for review. Trends overlay against your injection timeline so a change stops being a guess. • Apple Health overlay — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, weight, active energy, steps, body fat percentage, lean body mass, blood glucose, VO₂ Max, exercise minutes, waist circumference, and blood pressure ride the same timeline as your injections and lab draws. Especially useful for GLP-1 and growth hormone cohorts who want to see body-comp and glucose trends alongside dosing. • Reminders — schedule daily or weekly reminders per protocol with local notifications. • Reports — Pro tier exports dose history, lab summaries, and full protocol reports as PDFs for sharing with a provider.
