Meinkaufen is the shopping list that finally gets it right: an item can belong to multiple stores – and shows up at each of them automatically when you shop.

One list for every store: With Meinkaufen, you add each item only once and assign it to every store where you can buy it. While shopping, it automatically appears under the right stores—check it off once, and it is done everywhere.

Instead of starting over before every shopping trip, you build a lasting item list. When you need something, simply increase its quantity. Its category, stores, comment, and photos stay there for next time.

Search finds items by name or comment across your entire list. Filters narrow the current view by store, category, item type, attributes, or text. You can save up to five filter combinations.

RECURRING OR ONE-TIME

Normal and Checklist items stay on your list for next time. Once you finish a shopping trip, their quantities return to 0. Checklist items also appear in their own view, so you can quickly see what you still have and what is missing before you shop.

Add anything you only need once as a One-time item. Once the shopping trip is finished, it is removed and remains recoverable in Recently Deleted for a while.

SHOP IN YOUR ORDER

Arrange stores and categories around your routine or route. With no store filter selected, Meinkaufen groups your open items by store—in the order you set.

When you arrive at a store, simply tap its heading. Meinkaufen applies the corresponding filter and automatically groups your items by category.

SHOP TOGETHER—EVEN OFFLINE

Share your list via iCloud with your family, partner, or housemates. Changes sync automatically for everyone.

The list is also stored locally on your device and remains fully usable without an internet connection. Any changes are synced once you are back online. Sharing is optional; you do not need iCloud or an account to use Meinkaufen on a single device.

PRIVATE AND TRACKER-FREE

Meinkaufen does not require a user account and contains no analytics or tracking tools. The app operates no servers of its own and sends no data to the developer.

When you add photos, they are compressed and any location or camera metadata is removed automatically.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Export your list as a CSV file for further editing or as a PDF for printing and sharing. A complete Meinkaufen backup file also preserves photos, sort orders, saved filters, and supported settings.

CSV files and backups can be imported again. Automatic backups and Recently Deleted provide additional protection.
