Stock Audit is a mobile companion app for businesses that need to conduct fast, accurate physical inventory audits on the go.

Connect the app to your own backend server and let your team walk the warehouse or stockroom, item by item, recording manual counts directly from their iPhone. Each item is presented one at a time with its system stock quantity already loaded, so auditors can quickly confirm or enter the physical count — no paper forms, no spreadsheets.

KEY FEATURES

Guided Item-by-Item Auditing Step through every product in a unit methodically. The app fetches the next item automatically, displays the product name, code, and current system stock, and lets you key in the physical count or confirm it matches the system with one tap.

Real-Time Progress Tracking Always know how far along an audit is. A live counter shows completed versus total items, and a progress bar updates as your team moves through the list.

Audit History View all audits for the current month at a glance. Each record shows the unit, auditor name, completion status, and a progress bar so supervisors can monitor ongoing work.

Valuation Summary When an audit is complete, open the Valuation Summary to see the financial impact of any discrepancies. Shortage items (physical count less than system stock) and excess items (physical count greater than system stock) are listed with unit prices, quantities, and total values. A net position figure gives an immediate sense of overall inventory health.

Share Reports Export a formatted valuation report as plain text and send it via Messages, Mail, or any other app on your device. Reports include auditor name, unit, item-level breakdown, and totals.

Secure Login Sign in with your organisation's credentials against your own hosted server. The app does not collect or transmit any data to third parties.
