• Submit weekly check-ins — answer your coach's questions, log body measurements, and upload progress photos • Check off daily habits — see your weekly progress at a glance • Message your coach — chat back-and-forth in real time, see read receipts, and never lose a thread • View your coach's responses — read review notes and feedback the moment they're posted • Log meal photos • Connect wearables — Apple Health, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, Whoop, Coros, Polar, Suunto, and more to sync activity, sleep, weight, and nutrition automatically • Connect nutrition apps — MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, and MacrosFirst flow your daily macros in without manual entry • Browse the recipe library — coach-curated meals matched to your macros • Plan endurance fuel — built-in fuel planner for long sessions

NOTIFICATIONS

Get gentle reminders the morning of your check-in day, when your coach replies, when you have an unread message, and (optionally) at 7 PM if you haven't ticked off your habits. Every notification is opt-out from the in-app account settings.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL

You can disconnect any wearable, opt out of any notification, export your data, or permanently delete your account from the in-app Account Settings.
